A Punjab Police DSP reportedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Guru Teg Bahadur Colony. <br /><br />The deceased, Manwinder Singh, was posted at the Punjab Police headquarters in Chandigarh. <br /><br />The police said in the voice message box of his cellphone, the DSP held nobody responsible for his death. “In a 12-page letter, the DSP indicated that he was being harassed by his wife, who was living separately at Jalandhar with their three children,” said a police officer.
